HYB-JMDJ1000 角碼料框上彈夾設備是連接角碼切割裝框設備與邊框自動生產線的橋梁，它主要是將角碼存儲框內的角碼轉移至生產彈夾內，用于供給邊框自動生產線。該設備由角碼移載模組、彈夾角碼升降模組、料框輸送線與彈夾輸送線等主要模組構成。角碼料框上彈夾設備的成功應用，節省了手動裝角碼的人力資源，提升了滿料彈夾的周轉效率，靈活配置了角碼切割裝框設備的產品加工種類，推動了邊框自動生產線產能的提高。

HYB-JMDJ1000 corner brace material box loading equipment (“Product” for short) is a link connecting the corner brace cutting and storage equipment and automatic frame assembly line. The Product is mainly used to transfer the corner braces in the corner brace storage box into the cartridge holder for purpose of use on the automatic frame assembly line. The Product essentially consists of a corner brace transfer module, a corner brace holding and lifting module, a storage box conveyor line and a cartridge holder conveyor line. The Product saves the manpower for manual loading of corner braces, improves the turnover efficiency of full cartridge holders, and can configure flexibly the types of the products applicable to the corner brace cutting and storage equipment and increase productivity of the automatic frame assembly line.

1.2 設備主要功能特點Functional features

1.2.1 角碼料框上彈夾設備主要功能是將角碼從角碼存儲框中取出后放置于邊框自動生產線彈夾內；

1.2.1 Main function: The Product takes corner braces out of corner brace storage box and putting them into the cartridge holder on the automatic frame assembly line.

1.2.2 整機采用PLC集中控制，配有工業電腦人機界面，可進行參數設定、故障報警內容顯示、生產節拍監控、產量記錄等功能；

1.2.2 The Product is controlled by a PLC and has industrial computer human-machine interfaces for parameter setting, fault alarm display, cycle time monitoring, mass production recording, etc.

1.2.3 本設備系統可與客戶工廠MES系統對接，實現客戶工廠從訂單下達到產品完成的整個生產過程的自動化管理；
